Doulos Missions International Board of Directors


The following are the current Members of the governing Board of Directors for Doulos Missions International.

David Wenrich, Chairman of the Board and Treasurer

Dave has dedicated his life to the ministry of serving others since 1984, and currently serves as both the Chairman of the Board and Treasurer for Doulos Missions International.  He has pastored churches in New Hampshire and Massachusetts; served as director of Childcare Compassion Ministries in the Philippines, and as International Director of Disaster Response in various countries with Convoy of Hope, along with his wife Beth. Together they founded Max-Life; devoted to providing support to pastors, their families, and congregations by offering biblical counseling and coaching in a variety of areas. Dave is an ordained minister with degrees in Christian Ed and Counseling. He is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.  He and Beth currently reside in New Hampshire, where they enjoy sharing life with their seven children, twelve grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Jeff Leving, Board Member

Jeff is an IT technologist, whose career has spanned over 40 years. He holds two BA degrees, one in Bible and one in Computer Science from Abilene Christian University in Texas, where he also held various IT and technical staff positions over a total of 21 non-consecutive years before retiring. Jeff is currently a Business and Technology Analyst for First Financial Trust and owns a small sole proprietorship - Excell-NT Solutions. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Texas. Together they have a blended family of five grown children and six grandchildren.  They have been faithful members of Beltway Park Church in Abilene for 15 years.

Olugbenga Oladejo, Board Member

Olugbenga and his wife Hope reside in England with their four children, where he pastors a small congregation called Complete in Christ Church. He is originally from Nigeria, where he previously held CPA credentials and served as a Senior Finance Manager for Odua Investment Company. He holds a BS in Information Systems Management and a Master's degree in Software Engineering, and for the past nine years, he has been serving in his current role as Managing Director of SAMS UK Ltd.

Todd Loudon, Board Member

Todd has been involved in ministry for over ten years, having served at Steelbridge Ministries in Albuquerque, New Mexico for over nine years, his most recent assignment there as Program Director.  He also serves as President of Next Step Ministries in Albuquerque, which is dedicated to providing help and hope to Christian men who have taken steps toward stability and restoration. Todd is also Executive Director of Mesilla Recovery in Albuquerque, which offers a range of supportive services, including free behavioral health care, semi-permanent independent living programs, and community outreach. He graduated from Cross Christian Fellowship’s Shepherd School where he also served as a mentor. Todd has completed the Chaplaincy Class of the International Fellowship of Chaplains, and as a Certified Social Worker, his heart is to serve men struggling with addiction issues as God delivered him over fifteen years ago, which is an amazing testimony that he has shared on CBN's 700 Club (see here). He and his wife Michelle live in New Mexico with their daughter.

Jennifer Lacroix, Secretary

Jennifer is from West Virginia and has been married to her husband Len for twenty-seven years. Together they have five children, all of whom (except one) are adults that have been home schooled over the past twenty years. They continue home schooling their youngest son in his high school education. Jennifer holds a BS in Chemistry from West Virginia University and a Masters degree in Missiology from Regent University. She has served in short term missions to Romania and Uganda, and later with Len and family as a residential missionary in Hungary.

Leonard Lacroix, President/CEO and Founder

Len and his wife Jennifer founded DMI in 2006 in order to help complete the Great Commission and multiply disciples. Together they have raised five children, who all know the Lord. He is from New Hampshire originally, and holds a Masters degree in Missiology from Regent University, and graduated from Zion Bible Institute (now Northpoint Bible College). He has served on short term missions to Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Albania, and Germany, and as a residential missionary in Eastern Europe with Jennifer and the children where they were based in Hungary for over four years. Len is a preacher and teacher of the Word of God, who has published several hundred articles and a book called A Willing Heart to Please the Father. He has been administering the Doulos Training School (DTS) that he established since 2015, which has graduated twelve students, with current students in Africa and England. He has a background in Project Management in the Health Insurance industry.
